Enjoy this all-levels vinyasa yoga practice with Muse Yoga & Fitness! Led by certified instructor Emily Egan, this sequence focuses on stretching and strengthening the hips, as well as increasing full-body stability. The goal of this practice is to help you spend 60 minutes grounding your body and mind, and nourishing your spirit.
