Muse Run Club
BUILDING COMMUNITY THROUGH SUPPORTIVE CARDIO
Whether you are trying out a new hobby or a seasoned running pro, join us on the second Sunday of every month at 8 AM sharp for a refreshing 3-mile run or 1-mile walk through the neighborhoods surrounding Muse. This run club is free of cost—our only goal is to create a positive space where our neighbors can move together and make new friends along the way.
What can I expect during run club?
No-cost cardio—run club is free, but please register below (scroll to the calendar, navigate to the Second Sunday, and click “Sign Up”) so we’re ready to welcome you!
Run or walk, it’s your choice! Upon arrival, you’re able to choose between a three-mile run or one mile walk. If you choose to run, you’ll be able to choose between two different pace groups.
Pre-run stretch and warm-up.
Seeing a mix of Muse staff, friendly clients, neighbors and BFFs…sometimes even a pup or a stroller!
Coffee chats! We explore local coffee shops together. Choose to come for just the movement, just the hang, or both!

Meet at Muse Yoga & Fitness (1513 Ridge Ave) by 8 AM
Sunday Runday is rain or shine! Wear appropriate gear and bring whatever you need for a successful outing (water, snacks, etc.).
