Muse Run Club

BUILDING COMMUNITY THROUGH SUPPORTIVE CARDIO

Whether you are trying out a new hobby or a seasoned running pro, join us on the second Sunday of every month at 8 AM sharp for a refreshing 3-mile run or 1-mile walk through the neighborhoods surrounding Muse. This run club is free of cost—our only goal is to create a positive space where our neighbors can move together and make new friends along the way.

What can I expect during run club?

  • No-cost cardio—run club is free, but please register below (scroll to the calendar, navigate to the Second Sunday, and click “Sign Up”) so we’re ready to welcome you!

  • Run or walk, it’s your choice! Upon arrival, you’re able to choose between a three-mile run or one mile walk. If you choose to run, you’ll be able to choose between two different pace groups.

  • Pre-run stretch and warm-up.

  • Seeing a mix of Muse staff, friendly clients, neighbors and BFFs…sometimes even a pup or a stroller!

  • Coffee chats! We explore local coffee shops together. Choose to come for just the movement, just the hang, or both!

Monthly Details:

  • Meet at Muse Yoga & Fitness (1513 Ridge Ave) by 8 AM

  • Sunday Runday is rain or shine! Wear appropriate gear and bring whatever you need for a successful outing (water, snacks, etc.).

  • Stay in the loop: Details such as the coffee shop destination change each month. Please follow us on Instagram for updates on each monthly run!
