Fitness Classes

  • Each fitness class at Muse is intimate, not intimidating. Classes are limited to a maximum of 8 participants, combining a variety of movement patterns and exercise styles to work all major muscle groups. The specific format may vary (think: circuits, AMRAPs, EMOMs, HIIT, burnouts, etc.) and you'll use different combinations of equipment and bodyweight each time you join! We provide all equipment and have an inventory of kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX, resistance bands, barbells, agility tools, and more ~ all you need is comfortable clothing, water, an open mind, and your GRIT

Combo Classes

  • yoga & fitness hybrid

    This unique combo class contains both strength training and yoga, embracing the UNITY of both Muse modalities. This allows participants to efficiently nourish the body and mind in one place, all under 50 minutes. Class takes place in Studio 2 (downstairs) and starts with a full-body workout (think: weights, TRX, HIIT, etc.) and ends with a non-heated yoga flow. The instructors for Unity are dual-certified and will guide you through each section of class, seamlessly transitioning from fitness to yoga around the halfway point. All fitness equipment is provided, but participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat.

    It’s time to tune into your body and connect with your SOUL! In this yoga class, expect an accessible sequence that accommodates all levels of practice with various options and modifications. This class has no extra heat, just the warmth created through movement and breath.

  • heated all-levels vinyasa

    This heated yoga class reaches approximately 95+ degrees F, so bring a towel and plenty of water! Be guided through a flowing sequence that links breath with movement while feeding your inner FIRE. Opportunities for modifications are offered, and all levels are welcome!

  • heated vigorous vinyasa

    This heated yoga class reaches approximately 95+ degrees F, so bring a towel and plenty of water! Get ready to kick things up a notch by bringing POWER to a flowing vinyasa sequence. Everyone is always welcome at Muse, but we’d recommend starting with another class if you’re brand new to yoga. Expect to be given options to customize your practice, but don’t be surprised by extra planks, longer holds, and optional challenges. You’re guaranteed to leave feeling strong, accomplished, and powerful!

  • heated yoga sculpt

    This heated yoga class reaches approximately 95+ degrees F, so bring a towel and plenty of water! This class brings more ENERGY to a flowing vinyasa sequence by incorporating equipment such as light weights and resistance bands. All levels are always welcome, but expect to get a full-body burn!

  • heated slow-flow vinyasa

    This yoga class is your opportunity to slow things down and find some ZEN in your life! We'll set the vibe with elements such as low lighting, candles, incense, and mellow music. This heated, gentle yoga flow is accessible to yogis of all levels.

  • community yoga

    HEART is our yoga class for the community! Offered during certain seasons, this class costs $5 and is led by a Muse apprentice (certified, but new to teaching). Flow through a vinyasa yoga sequence that links breath with movement, offers modifications, and includes no extra heat.
