I have been a member of many yoga and fitness studios over the years and few have been so warm and welcoming as Muse. I usually bounce between yoga and “harder” cardio or strength training, but at Muse I don’t have to choose! Depending on the day, I can opt for energetic circuit training or grounding yoga. The variety is just right to keep me coming back. The Muse team works hard to create a community that expands beyond the studio, from supporting local businesses and charities to starting free run clubs and happy hour meetups. I’m proud to be a member of the Muse community and always look forward to new things on the horizon.

Muse is the best! I love that they have fitness AND yoga. You can stack your week with a mix of lifting, HIIT, heated and non-heated yoga, etc. The instructors are outstanding and the studio vibes are immaculate. Super chill and welcoming environment. Glad I joined!

Where do I even start? I started going to Muse about 6 months ago and my experience has been nothing less than amazing. I was looking for a local fitness studio which offered challenging workout classes with not a lot of people per class and Muse offers just that! Aside from this, the staff is incredible and you feel like family every time you walk in the door. If you’re looking for strength fitness classes that are challenging, but allow you to go at your own pace, and amazing yoga classes, Muse is the place for you!

I’ve been coming to Muse classes the last few years and have fallen in love with the incredible community that Maggie and her team have built. They offer a range of classes that really allow you to get a variety of types of workouts. I recently began personal training with Maggie and have noticed a HUGE difference in my strength. Personal training has given me more confidence during classes to pick up a heavier weight and challenge myself. I highly suggest trying out personal training if you’re trying to increase strength or work on form!
